Booking rules for group training
Booking
You can book classes up to 3 weeks in advance from the current time. This means that immediately after completing a class, you can book the same class 3 weeks in the future. Within these 3 weeks, you can book up to 3 classes per day and a maximum of 36 open bookings.
For members with Premium access, classes can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance and you can have up to 48 open bookings.
Getting the ticket
The ticket can be collected at the earliest 2 hours and the latest 10 minutes before the start of the class. Tickets that are not collected are given out 10 minutes before the class starts to those on the waiting list.
Tickets are given out according to the waiting list principle, where the first person on the waiting list gets the first available spot, and so on. Remember du register that you have arrived at our booking stations if you are on the waiting list and want to participate in a class.
Waiting List
If the group fitness class is fully booked, you can register on the waiting list. The waiting list is updated continuously, and as soon as someone cancels their booking, you will move up the list. We send a push notification (if you have our app) to you if you get a spot in the class, you are on the waiting list for.
Push notification: Activate push notifications on your phone and receive a message directly on your phone when you get a spot in a class you have been on the waiting list for. Push notifications are sent up to 10 minutes before the class starts. You can see your position on the waiting list on sats.dk and in the SATS-app. under "My bookings". Your position on the waiting list is displayed with an orange symbol and a number. In the SATS-app, you are told which number you are on the waiting list under the class you have booked.
Cancellation and no-show
You can cancel a class up to two hours before it starts. If you cancel a class too late or do not show up, you will receive a fee of 35 DKK. The fee of 35 DKK will be added to your next bill.
NOTE: If you have a cash membership (prepaid membership), you will not receive a fee of 35 DKK. Instead, one day will be deducted from your membership period. That means if your membership normally expires on 31/03, one day will be deducted, and the membership will expire on 30/03.
If you are on the waiting list and get a spot in the class within 2 hours before the start of the class, you will not be charged a fee, as you do not have the opportunity to cancel within that time frame.
However, we still recommend that you cancel earlier than 2 hours before the class if you know you cannot attend.
When the waiting list is reviewed, only those who have registered that they have arrived at the class will receive a ticket. If you are still on the waiting list when any available spots have been distributed but have not shown up for class, it is also not considered a missed cancellation.
You can get an overview of your missed booked group classes by logging into the SATS app, tapping your picture at the top right, and then selecting "missed classes".
Contact in connection with booking and cancellation
You can book and cancel classes via our SATS-app for iPhone and Android, on sats.dk or at the booking station in your SATS-center. If you choose to cancel in the app, it is important that you only press ONE time on the cancel button.
